This class empowers care partners to enhance daily life by discovering the importance of effective routines, implementing home safety modifications, and learning valuable tips for personal care (including bathing, dressing, and mealtimes).
Care Partner Well-Being
Wednesday, June 10, Noon-1:30 p.m.
This class empowers care partners to prioritize their health by helping them discover and practice effective strategies to manage stress, reduce the risk of caregiver burnout, utilize mindfulness techniques, and successfully find respite care.
