U.S. Customs and Border Protection has updated the Electronic Export Manifest (EEM) Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Exports Truck UNEDIFACT CUSCAR Cargo Report Message, CUSRES Accept-Reject, CUSREP Conveyance Report, X12 309, and Crew and Passenger PAXLST Implementation Guides (IG).

Updates implemented:

CUSCAR Cargo Report Message -

• Added Post Departure Filing (PDF) codes and Document Identifier requirements for Post Departure Filing – Segment DOC Document/Message Details (0365)
• Added Automated Export System Downtime (AED) codes and Document Identifier requirements for AED – Segment DOC Document/Message Details (0365) 
• Strikethrough Confirmation of Manifest/Trip reporting requirements in all applicable Sections of the CUSCAR
• Updated language from “Final Transmission” to “Complete Transmission” in all applicable Sections of the CUSCAR

CUSRES Accept-Reject -

• Added Post Departure Filing (PDF) to notes section – Segment DOC (0270)
• Added Automated Export System Downtime (AED) to notes section – Segment DOC (0270)
• Added Post Departure (PDF) within Data Element Summary table rows - Reference Code Qualifier and Reference Code Identifier – Segment REF (0300)
• Added Automated Export System Downtime (AED) within Data Element Summary table rows – Reference Code Qualifier and Reference Code Identifier – Segment REF (0300)

CUSREP Conveyance Report -

• Strikethrough Confirmation of Manifest/Trip reporting requirements in all applicable Sections of the CUSREP
• Updated language from “Final Transmission” to “Complete Transmission” in all applicable Sections of the CUSREP

309 -

• Strikethrough amendment code requirement for code ‘Y’ in M1009 of the 353 set when ‘an end of manifest’ has been submitted for Segment M10 Manifest Identifying Information (0200) Data Element Summary row M1016
• Strikethrough amendment type code submission requirement for NM1, DMG, REF, N3, N4 for Segment M13 Manifest Amendment Details (0700) Data Element Summary row M1303
