Week in Review

Boys Lacrosse traveled to Westfield this week and battled in a physical, back-and-forth contest. The Stallions competed hard throughout but ultimately fell 9-6. The effort and toughness were evident, and the group looks to build on that performance moving forward.

Girls Lacrosse hosted Westfield and competed with great effort from start to finish. While the youth of the team showed at times, the Stallions continued to battle and gain valuable experience in a 14-2 loss.

Boys Tennis traveled to Woodson and faced a strong opponent, falling 7-1. The team continues to compete and grow as they move deeper into the season.

Girls Tennis delivered a dominant performance at home against Woodson, earning an impressive 8-1 victory. A great all-around effort by the Stallions to secure the win.

Boys Soccer hosted George Marshall and came out strong, building a 2-0 lead by halftime. Marshall responded in the second half, and despite a strong effort, the Stallions fell 5-3. Plenty to build on after a fast start.

Girls Soccer traveled to Marshall and competed in a tight, hard-fought match. The Stallions came up just short in a 3-2 loss in a true nailbiter.

Baseball opened the season on Saturday with a strong showing against Chantilly. The Stallions jumped out early and stayed in control, earning a 7-4 win to start the season 1-0.

Softballalso opened their season at home on Saturday against Leonardtown (MD). The Stallions plated three runs in the second inning and rode a strong pitching performance from Maddie Grice, who recorded 8 strikeouts, to an 8-4 win.
