Can I just check whether you're looking to download files that someone has sent you, or whether you require a solution for your own organisation?
If you're looking to download files that someone has sent you, a new trial account won't give you access to their transfer.
Their system will send you an email either from
mft@ams-cloud.co.uk or
no-reply@ams-sar.com.
You'll then be able to create your password and log into the organisation's specific portal.
I hope that helps, but if you require more assistance, please reply with the name of the organisation that sent you the files, and where the process isn’t working for you.
