This Month's Class Action Deadlines
Delta, Ashley HomeStore, Google and more
A new month means a new batch of class action deadlines. Ten deadlines are coming up this month, and consumers can file to get compensation for misleading claims, unsolicited calls, defective products and more.
Among the cases: A Google Play Store antitrust settlement, a Delta jet fuel dumping settlement and an Ashley HomeStore advertising settlement. There's also active class action investigations into the Pfizer Depo-Provera birth control shot and Johnson & Johnson baby powder.
