Zscaler is currently investigating reports of issues with Reporting and Logging on its zscaler.net, zscloud.net Cloud. Your organization's policies are being enforced. All user logs are being collected and will be available at the resolution of this incident.

Zscaler teams have implemented a fix for the issue affecting Web Insight queries for customers on the zscloud.net cloud. Zscaler continues to prioritize the incident for the remaining clouds.

Zscaler has implemented the fix in the zscaler.net cloud, and validation has been completed with stability confirmed. For the zscalertwo.net cloud, the fix is scheduled to be deployed during the upcoming planned maintenance window later today. We will provide an update once the deployment is complete.
