It works with your choice of plugins and languages and gives you access to a vast library of certified plugins in the Buf Schema Registry.

Take the 10 minute Buf CLI Tour and learn how to use the Buf CLI to easily build, lint, format and generate code for your projects.

Add Your Team to the BSR: Protobuf should be the source of truth for APIs across your stack. The benefits of Protobuf and the BSR increase as your team scales. If you’re one of the first members of your team to join the BSR, invite your colleagues by creating a new BSR Organization and adding your Organization’s members.

Consume Generated SDKs: The BSR automatically generates and publishes SDKs for NPM, Maven, Xcode, and more, eliminating the need to manually generate code and enabling teams to focus on building great products.
