EBay, which turns 30 this year, is rolling out an AI tool to aid sellers in answering buyers' questions, adding to its expanding suite of AI-driven seller features. Over the past two years, eBay has introduced generative AI video tools, listing assistants and image editing solutions. The tools have been used by more than 10 million sellers to create over 200 million listings, and now, about 500,000 daily listings are crafted with AI assistance.
