| Alex Miller, president and CEO of Alimentation Couche-Tard, affirmed the company’s ongoing commitment to acquire Seven & i Holdings Co. Ltd. in the Circle K owner’s earnings call Thursday. On the call, Miller told investors that Couche-Tard’s acquisition of GetGo Café + Markets is also showing “ongoing progress” and is expected to close “in the coming days.” |
