Early Dismissal Communication Procedures

In an effort to clearly communicate our procedures and requests to support an efficient early dismissal process, please review the notes below from our Main Office Team:

Families are encouraged to communicate early dismissals to the office well before 3pm daily, in order to provide the office time to create and deliver early release notes to teachers.
Buses begin entering the bus loop between 3:00-3:30, so please do not park in the bus loop during this time.
Students will not be called up to the office until parent is present in office (in order for students to be present for instruction as much as possible).
Emergency early dismissals after 3pm will be honored.
Parent/guardian identification is ALWAYS required in order to gain access into the building.
